Yoga for Orland Hills Residents
Through the practice of basic yoga postures, you will improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Basic youga postures along with breathing and relazation techniques will help to relieve tensions and alleviate stress. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and a non-slip mat. This program will consist of four classes and is free for all Village of Orland Hills Residents.
