Tom Sierakowski (3rd Dan) directs our Karate program. All Karate classes are continuous six-week programs. Students learn Karate skills through a variety of fun and creative activities. Students develop coordination, strength, agility, poise and personal safety in a supervised setting. This class will be held in the Gymnasium or the Multipurpose Room when available.
